blueberry bounty this summer? The blueberry crop did extra well this year which means there are a lot more blueberries being sold and they're cheaper than normal. A week ago we had more blueberries in our fridge than we knew what to do with, so I decided to make this blueberry tart. It's the same recipe as this Nectarine Tart, I just swapped out the fruit for blueberries. Delicious and, can I say, beautiful?? Man, having this thing sitting on my kitchen counter really just brightens up my day. I brought this dessert to a beach picnic with friends and it was the perfect way to enjoy this gorgeous and tasty summer fruit.
