Wanderlust: St. Petersburg, Russia

Truth be told, I know very little about the country of Russia. And that is precisely why I want to travel there. In the past, I've shied away from the thought of visiting Russia because IT IS COLD!! I've learned, however, that the summers can be quite nice, especially if you visit during the white nights, where the sky stays lit all night. (How romantic!) Then, take into account the gorgeous architecture with both Asian and European influences, the immense history, and the world-renowned ballet. Sounds like a brilliant place to visit!

PS.. I found this fun post with pictures of people dancing throughout St. Petersburg.

It does look so beautiful (and cold) there. I'd love to see the white nights in person

Aah, the photos are so beautiful. I've been itching to go to Russia ever since I stopped through the Moscow airport on my way to China last year.

By the way, I absolutely love your Wanderlust posts. I am just starting to get my blog going, but I definitely want to incorporate my dying to go destinations.

Great blog, I'll absolutely be coming back :)

xxx Amanda
